HOW DID REBECCA Berman become A RESTAURANT/FOOD INFLUENCEr?

Rebecca Berman has come a long way from her days, nights and weekends working in the special events department at MTV, helping produce the Video Music Awards and Movie Awards, (just to name a few).

While traveling the globe for the entertainment giant – schmoozing with rock stars and media moguls – she was exploring her love of food, working the parties, meeting caterers and menu planning.

Next came her family and a hectic life raising her 3 kids, and then work as a realtor in the burbs. But as the kids got older, she was pulled back to entertainment, and became comedic lead for 5 years on the Dr. Oz Show.

She also created her own food show on YouTube: "The Cooler" with Rebecca Berman. This led to more acting opportunities and performing standup comedy.

Though she always wanted to be a Bravo housewife, she was rejected because she indulges in pastries and doesn’t get Botox’d. So the Standup Foodie may soon create her own TV show. Stay tuned…
